Dr. Freidson experienced benefits of muscle work since high school, such as improved athletic performance and pain reduction. Because of this he knew that he wanted to not only be an expert of the skeletal system, but also of the muscular system. So, he became certified in Active Release Technique (ART), immediately after he finished Chiropractic School. He chose ART because it is the gold standard soft tissue technique.
