Bach essence drops can improve lives

Bach flower remedies have been safely used for a century

Bach flower remedies are a safe and natural method of healing discovered by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1920-1930s in England. Dr. Bach discovered 38 different remedies, each one with its own healing properties. “And may we ever have joy and gratitude in our hearts that the Great Creator of all things, in his love for us, has placed the herbs in the fields for his healing.
-Dr. Edward Bach-

What do the remedies do?

The remedies gently restore the balance between mind and body by casting out negative emotions such as fear, worry, hatred, and indecision which interfere with the equilibrium of the being, allowing peace and happiness to return to the sufferer, so the body is free to heal itself. Dr. Edward Bach discovered that flowers in nature have the ability to affect our emotions positively. The tinctures of certain flowers can relieve our emotional pains and suffering, which over time harm our health and impair healing. The remedies are often very effective in treating common disorders such as PTSD, depression, and anxiety. They are fairly easy to prescribe in a short visit, which makes it possible to use this system of healing under health insurance.

What are the remedies made from?

The Bach flower remedies are made from wildflowers and are safe for the whole family including pets. The remedies are preserved in grape-based brandy.

Dr. Jacob Mirman enjoys using these remedies to help his patients. They have many benefits; they are natural, non-addictive and can be very effective. They have no side effects. Dr. Mirman can prescribe them in person or in virtual visits and provide them from the clinic at no charge.

Here are thoughts about Bach Essences from Dr. Jacob Mirman

“I’ve had many successes with patients using these essences. One patient came in with insomnia. Further questioning revealed that he was very homesick for his birthplace in the Ukraine. I suggested Bach essence of Honeysuckle and one month later he reported that his insomnia was gone, and he was sleeping well.”

“Another patient from Ukraine was experiencing great distress. Her health was not great, and her son is fighting in the war. I gave her a combination of Red Chestnut and Star of Bethlehem. These essences have helped her calm down, sleep better and feel much better in general. Unfortunately, the stress still remains. Only killing Putin would be curative.”

Dr. Mirman also recommends Bach Rescue Remedy

“Bach Rescue Remedy is a combination of several essences and is very useful in stress situations, such as panic attacks, fights with an insensitive spouse or an altercation with a rude boss,” says Dr. Jacob Mirman. “It works within five minutes, and there are no side effects. This remedy works in around 70% of cases. Bach Rescue Remedy is also known as Five Flower Remedy and is available widely, including for sale at our clinic. Using it does not require a visit. I suggest that patients just try it.”

During the initial appointment, Dr. Mirman listens carefully to each patient’s symptoms and issues to determine just the right essence to use. He also carefully monitors each patient’s progress post-appointment. The appointments should be covered by insurance.

The longevity and effectiveness (or lack of it) of Ozempic and other GLP-1 drugs

Studies have shown that most people stop Ozempic after two years.

Even though Ozempic and similar GLP-1 weight-loss medications are designed and marketed to be a lifelong treatment, a new study finds the majority of people who use these drugs quit after just two years.

This class of weight-loss drugs include semaglutide, sold as Wegovy or Ozempic, as well as tirzepatide, sold as Zepbound or Mounjaro. They have become immensely popular new treatments for obesity. One key factor in their effectiveness is that people need to take them indefinitely; but in practice, many don’t. A recent JAMA Network Open analysis found the vast majority of people quit taking these drugs within two years.

These “stops in treatment” often reverse weight loss and health gains. Many people who use these drugs, as well as the clinicians who prescribe them, are questioning how sustainable they are. They are also questioning what quitting them might do to long-term health.

“The bottom line which is proved by this report, is that most people on these drugs end up gaining most of the weight back if they stop them,” says Dr. Jacob Mirman. “This is a fact that needs to be considered before patients start on this protocol. These drugs are a life-long chronic treatment and not a cure.”
